This application is constructed with the intent to provide the listing and source of any products and service the user maybe looking for when visiting or scrolling the products or shops on this application. By using the EASY EASY application you can access information and listings you are interested in with or without registration of becoming a registered member of the app, but in order to purchase or order a product through the application the user must register his/her basic information in order to make the transaction possible.
By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. How to make an order or purchase on the application and how it processed
As a buyer the user can browse products, select items, and place orders by entering delivery details and choosing a payment method, including mobile payment through ABA Bank or Scan KHQR. The system sends the order to the seller, who confirms and prepares the item. Once confirmed, the product is shipped or delivered, and is received by the buyer. If the buyer wishes he/she may leave a review of the product he/she ordered.
Please make sure you MAKE THE CORRECT ORDER as once you make your purchase online YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR TRANSACTION once YOU HAVE CONFIRMED AND CHECKED OUT from the check-out payment page.
3. Price and payment
EASY EASY EC CO.LTD., operates as an online marketplace and is not liable for the collection or payment of any applicable taxes on behalf of participating shops.

No individual, company, or entity is allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or use any materials from the EASY EASY Marketplace for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Marketplace or EASY EASY EC CO.LTD.
Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action under applicable by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
5. Delivery Policy
Delivery times shown on this application are only estimates and approximate times of delivery and may vary depending on seller availability, delivery location, weather, traffic, and or other conditions.
All clothing orders may be delivered by the application, delivery partners, or sellers. We will make our very best effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe but are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
